Intercultural epistemology and land rights
Description
The aim of this research is the systematic analysis of the concept of Nahua wisdom: tlamatiliztli, as an important element of intangible heritage. Specific goals of this research are: a) examining the following Nahua concepts: wisdom: tlamatiliztli, knowledge: tlaixmatiliztli and truth: neltiliztli; b) applying indigenous methodologies based on an intercultural perspective; and c) reflecting about the necessary grounds to conceive an intercultural epistemology.
