The University of Geneva, Leiden University’s Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies, and the University of Louvain, in cooperation with the European Society of International Law (ESIL) are organising a webinar on "Planning for Peace in Ukraine : the Proposals for a Special Tribunal for the Punishment of Aggression and an International Claims Commission”. In this webinar, academics and practitioners will discuss the proposals to establish a Special Tribunal for the Punishment of Aggression and an International Claims Commission.
