Network of Open Science Communities receive important recognition
OSCNL, the international network of Open Science Communities, receives recognition
OSCL is part of a larger Open Science Community (OSC) network in the Netherlands (OSCNL).
The Dutch pioneered in their initiative to start bottom-up Open Science learning communities for students and employees. The first Dutch OSC started in Utrecht. Leiden followed soon after. By now we have 10 OSC's all over the Netherlands (see map)!
Learn more about INOSC in this recent preprint: "Towards wide-scale adoption of open science practices: The role of open science communities", and see our starter kit to set up an foster a local open science community here: https://inosc-starter-kit.netlify.app/
We are thrilled that the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science (SIPS) has commended the Dutch initiatives for Open Science Communities, including our OSCL!
