Open Educational Resources (OER)
OER are freely accessible teaching/learning materials that may be viewed, reused and/or modified depending on the license. Verena Weimer will open the OS Coffee with a brief input on OER, their development, opportunities and limitations. Furthermore, she will discuss whether the inclusion of OER in the Recognition and Reward System can lead to greater visibility and appreciation of teaching in science. In addition to this input, there will be plenty of room for discussion and exchange about open practices in teaching.
