Zijian Li is a PhD student in the Developmental and Educational Psychology unit of the Institute of Psychology at Leiden University.
Zijian Li is a PhD student in the Developmental and Educational Psychology unit of the Institute of Psychology at Leiden University.
Zijian Li obtained his Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology at Renmin University of China in 2018, and worked as a guest researcher at Leiden University since then. In June 2019 he was awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship of the China Scholarship Council (CSC), and he started his PhD project in October 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Carolien Rieffe and Dr. Boya Li.
Zijian's PhD project mainly focuses on the social-emotional development of deaf and hard of hearing (DHH) children. Data collection takes place in both the Netherlands and China. His interests also lie in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience, and he aims to study emotions from multiple perspectives.
