Having obtained a BSc in Governance, Economics, and Development at Leiden University College The Hague and a BA in French Language and Culture at Leiden University, Tom completed an MSc in Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MA as a Teacher in Secondary Education at Utrecht University. After working for a while in secondary education, he currently teaches Public Administration and methodological courses for the bachelor's programme Public Administration.
