The aim of my PhD project is to gain a deeper insight into the differences between robotic and manual compounding of parenteral hazardous drugs. Within this project, we compare different relevant aspects of both aseptic compounding methods: microbiology, environmental and external cross-contamination, dosing accuracy and precision, cost savings, time evaluation and antibody stability.
