Stellina joined CML's Industrial Ecology department in October 2024 as a PhD researcher
Professional Experience
Stellina graduated from INSA (National Institute of Applied Sciences) Centre Val de Loire in 2024 with an engineering degree in Industrial Risk Management, specializing in environmental risks. She also completed a double degree in collaboration with the University of Orléans, graduating with a Master's in Risk and Environment.
Throughout her studies, Stellina had the opportunity to do two internships as an environmental engineer, one at a nuclear power plant and another at a plant producing rolled aluminium products.
Research topic
Stellina is taking part in the European GREENE project, which aims to re-engineer advanced rare-earth permanent magnets that are essential for energy technologies. Her role in the project is to assess the environmental impacts through LCA and to carry out techno-economic evaluations of Nd-Fe-B magnets.
