Renske van der Cruijsen is a PhD candidate in the unit Developmental and Educational Psychology of the Institute of Psychology at Leiden University.
She obtained her research master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2014. During her internship she worked at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behavior. She wrote her thesis about the developmental trajectory of intentional control in adolescents with and without autism.
In her PhD project, supervised by Dr. Sabine Peters and Prof. Dr. Eveline Crone, she uses a longitudinal design to study self concept development in adolescence.
