Paula C.M. Kemp is conducting a comparative research between the contract law of the Netherlands, Singapore and China. The working title of her research is ‘Function and Value of a Contractual Promise in relation to the right to actual performance’. Paula is related to the University Leiden as a doctoral researcher and she lives currently in Singapore. Paula combines aforementioned research with her position as Lawyer / Client Service Executive at BANNING Legal & Tax.
Title research: The value of a legality binding promise in relation to the enforcement of a contractual promise from a Dutch, Singapore and Chinese perspective.
