Levon started as a PhD researcher at the Industrial Ecology department of CML in February 2019.
Professional Experience
Levon received his specialist diploma in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science in 2014 where for his final thesis he developed and simulated a deterministic particle method for the two-dimensional diffusion-convection equation.
In 2016, Levon designed an e-learning platform for language schools during an entrepreneurship program at the Department of Computer Science at the University Of Toronto.
Later in 2019, Levon received his second MSc degree at the same department in Toronto. During that program, Levon concentrated his own research on the environmental and social impact of various collaborative consumption platforms. His final thesis paper investigated the carbon emissions behind car-sharing participation through the LCA perspective.
Levon started as a PhD researcher at the Industrial Ecology department of CML in February 2019.
Research topic
Levon participates in the EIT RawMaterials PANORAMA project with a goal to design a multiregional database of the global stocks and flows of materials to allow more sustainable practices for various stakeholders.
