Title research: Does the entry test as laid down in Article 4 of the European Restructuring Directive, which is based on the criterion: 'likelihood of insolvency', provide sufficient time to mature organizations that are confronted with decline to reorganize through a (preventive) corporate rejuvenation in order to reduce the costs of bankruptcies for all stakeholders and to ensure participating creditors in the restructuring of the viability of the company?
