Ilja Mensonides is coordinator of the Knowledge Center Anxiety and Stress in Youth.

Short CV

Ilja obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam in July 2023. During her bachelor’s degree, she studied for a semester at Lancaster University in England via Erasmus+. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Developmental Psychology and wrote her thesis on the relationship between autism characteristics in parents and stress in adolescents under de supervision of Prof. Dr. Sander Begeer. During her studies, Ilja worked in the catering industry and as an outpatient counselor in youth care.

In September 2023, Ilja started working as coordinator of the Knowledge Center Anxiety and Stress in Youth. She also still works as an outpatient counselor in youth care.
