Fernando has an Industrial Engineering degree with a Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has broad international management experience over the last 18 years in global project management, strategic business development, Entrepreneurship, Team development, Team management and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Fernando’s management career has given him exposure to various sectors including; Business Entrepreneurship, Online commerce, Automotive Industry, Industrial Import -Export, Non-for-profit, HVAC, Manufacturing and Higher Education -training.

Fernando has lectured for different higher education institutions globally; he currently works as the head of internationalisation for double degrees and as social entrepreneurship lecturer at Avans University of Applied Sciences in Breda, The Netherlands.
