Emily Huurdeman is coordinator of the lectorate Art Theory & Practice and the Lectorate Design at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. In addition, she works for PhDArts, doctorate programme in art and design and the Critical Making Consortium. She is a dual PhD candidate at Leiden University Dual PhD Centre. Working title thesis: 'Essaying art: An unmethodological method for artistic research'.
