Chengyi started as a PhD researcher at the Environmental Biology department of CML in September 2022.
Professional experience:
Chengyi studied in School of Life Sciences in Sun Yat-sen University, China as an undergraduate student during 2014 - 2018, major in Life Sciences. He studied feeding ecology of Spoon-billed Sandpiper (Calidris pygmaea) in Leizhou Peninsula, China as graduation thesis and received his diploma of Bachelor degree in 2018.
Later, Chengyi stuied in Evolutionary Biology Centre in Uppsala University, Sweden as a master student during 2018 – 2020, major in Ecology and Conservation. He studied how greenspace design affects attractiveness to birds and humans in urban area as graduation thesis and received his diploma of Master degree in 2020.
Chengyi started as a PhD researcher at the Environmental Biology department of CML in September 2022.
Research topic
Chengyi started his research in September 2022 in the topic of response of migratory birds to climate and land cover change.
