Anna Mosna is assistant professor of criminal law and criminal procedure at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology of Leiden University.
Anna Mosna is assistant professor of criminal law and criminal procedure at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology of Leiden University.
Her research concentrates on laundering phenomena within the art market; judicial cooperation in criminal matters, including cross-border evidence gathering and defence rights protection; digitalisation of defence rights, and the protection of procedural rights in administrative punitive proceedings.
She holds a PhD from the University of Luxembourg where she defended a doctoral thesis on ‘Art Laundering’ and she has subsequently been a postdoctoral researcher at the Leuven Institute of Criminology (LINC), KU Leuven. She is currently a research fellow at KU Leuven.
