Vestert Borger participates in EuConst symposium on constitutional change
On 26 May 2023 the European Constitutional Law Review (EuConst) organized a symposium on constitutional change in Europe.
At the symposium, young researchers presented papers on a range of issues related to constitutional change, varying from limits to such change to the role of practice and convention. Editors of the journal discussed the papers.
In his capacity as book review editor, Vestert Borger discussed a paper written by Maria Antonia Panascì entitled ‘Unravelling NGEU as a Transformative Moment: the Hermeneutics of a Constitutional Change’.
