Europa Institute organises second ‘Meet the Author’ event
On Thursday 30 March, the Europa Institute held its second ‘Meet the Author’ event.
In the context of this new event series external academics come to Leiden to discuss a recent publication by their hand. The event typically starts with a conversation between a member of the Europa Institute and the author, after which the floor is open for questions from the audience.
At the event of 30 March, organised by Vestert Borger and Melanie Fink, the Europa Institute welcomed Signe Rehling Larsen, Fellow by Examination at Magdalen College, Oxford University. Larsen’s work is concerned with the study of constitutions in a theoretical, historical and comparative perspective. At the Europa Institute she engaged in a conversation with Vestert Borger about her book The Constitutional Theory of the Federation and the European Union, which was published with Oxford University Press in 2021.
