IIASL attended Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization
This year, the International Institute of Air and Space Law (IIASL) attended the first days of the 41st Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
ICAO is the UN’s specialized agency for aviation and convenes its Assembly every three years at its headquarters in Montréal, Canada, bringing together 193 countries along with official observers, governments, industry and academia.
The IIASL hosted an exhibition at the sidelines of the Assembly, which was attended by countless Leiden alumni – working for governments, industry and the ICAO Secretariat – as well as many interested in learning more about the IIASL, Leiden University and The Netherlands (and stroopwafels)!
Minister for Infrastructure and Water Management,. Mark Harbers, also paid a visit to the IIASL stand.
