Recap Public Leadership Café: an exchange of insights and experiences
Is it true that crises reveal the true nature of leaders? Can 90% of the books written about leadership be regarded as useless? And do hybrid forms of working require us to rethink leadership development programs? These questions and more were the topic of discussion last Thursday March 31 during the Public Leadership Café.
The afternoon was centered around a special issue of the Holland Management Review (HMR) on public leadership. For the first time in a while students, professionals and academics were able to join again on our Campus in The Hague to discuss issues on public leadership.
The interactive panel discussion led to an exchange of diverse insights and experiences among the participants and the panel members.
