Contribution to international book on enforcement of State aid law
In January 2020 the book “Private Enforcement of European Competition and State Aid Law”, edited by Ferdinand Wollenschläger, Wolfgang Wurmnest & Thomas M.J. Möllers, was published by Wolters Kluwer.
The book was produced following a conference on the topic held on 22 and 23 November 2018 in Augsburg. Among the contributions is an article by Prof. J.E. (Jacobine) van den Brink and Prof. W. (Willemien) den Ouden on private enforcement of State aid law in the Netherlands. They conclude that claims made by competitors under State aid law are hardly ever successful.
