Meehea Park visits Universitas Indonesia in the framework of the project Transnational Law
Meehea Park visited Universitas Indonesia twice in 2019 to act as a consultant in the Transnational Law project that was concluded in December this year.
She helped the International Law department to set up a new course that is dedicated to mooting.
Meehea Park also contributed a chapter on ‘Case law methods’ to an Indonesian textbook that will be presented in Indonesia next month. The chapter was written on request after she gave a workshop on that topic in July 2019 for colleagues from several Indonesian universities, among which the deans of Al Azhar Indonesia and Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and the vice-dean of Universitas Indonesia. The textbook is part of a project of the International Development Law Organization (IDLO).
