Luke Dimitrios Spieker is awarded the Common Market Law Review Prize for young academics 2019
The Editorial Board is pleased to announce the result of the 2019 Common Market Law Review Prize for an article submitted by a young academic.
The prize-winning article is “Framing and managing constitutional identity conflicts: On how to stabilize the modus vivendi between the Court of Justice and national constitutional courts” by Luke Dimitrios Spieker, of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany.
Mr Spieker’s article will be published in a future issue of the Review.
The Editorial Board congratulate Mr Spieker. They also take the opportunity to thank all those who submitted articles, many of which were of high quality.
