In store is now the Research Handbook on Labour, Business and Human Rights Law edited by prof. Janice Bellace of the University of Pennsylvania and ass. prof. Beryl ter Haar of Leiden University. The book is publisehd in Edward Elgars series on Human Rights.
The book brings together the research and reflections of 30 contributors in 24 chapters, from common and civil law countries and by different generations of scholars in order to capture a wide variety of views on human rights and labour. The book explores the ways in which human rights apply to people at work and to business, through national constitutional provisions, judicial decisions and the application of rights expressed in supranational instruments.
