The Hague Program for Cyber Norms welcomes Visiting Fellow Przemysław Roguski
Przemysław Roguski will be a Visiting Fellow at The Hague Program for Cyber Norms at Leiden University’s Institute of Security and Global Affairs from 16 September to 4 October.

Przemysław Roguski
Dr Przemysław Roguski (@Roguski_P) is a Lecturer in Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (Poland) and an expert on cybersecurity and international law at the Kościuszko Institute. His research focuses on the law of peacetime cyber operations and different aspects of international law relating to cybersecurity, ICT and internet governance. Previously, Przemysław has worked in private practice and as lecturer for the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). He holds law degrees from the University of Mainz (Germany), Trinity College Dublin (Ireland) and a PhD in international law from Jagiellonian University.
