Research Agenda United Nations Studies in Peace and Justice
On 20 November, Special Professor of United Nations Studies in Peace and Justice, Alanna O'Malley, presented her research agenda for the next 3 years. An ambitious agenda full of projects to gain more insight into the origin and functioning of the UN.
O'Malley will also organise activities for residents of The Hague, specifically for school children in disadvantaged neighborhoods so that they can get to know the UN better. The presentation was attended by, among others, former mayor Jozias van Aartsen because this special chair was set up by the municipality of The Hague in honor of the former mayor. Among the many guests were also many representatives of the Hague University of Applied Sciences because this chair is filled in together with this university.
