Master of Laws: Advanced Studies in International Children’s Rights holds Third Graduation Ceremony
The third generation of students of the Master of Laws: Advanced Studies in International Children’s Rights 2017-2018 received their much-coveted master diplomas on Monday 27 August.
In the presence of their families and friends, the thesis supervisors personally addressed each of the students and presented them with their well-deserved master diploma in the Academy Building’s Klein Auditorium. In keeping with tradition at Leiden University, the students were subsequently encouraged to put their signatures on the walls of the so-called ‘Sweat Room’ (Zweetkamertje in Dutch) in the Academy Building. All students were praised for their excellent performance, their inspiration and their passion for children’s rights.
The formalities were concluded with a reception at Leiden University’s Faculty Club.
