International Labour Law scholars meeting in Leiden
In the Framework of the Leiden Social Justice Chair, a meeting was organised on June 7 and 8 2018 at Leiden University of a international study group of reputed labour law scholars from various countries.
Presided by the former Chairholder prof. Alan Neal from Warwick, the group of 7 eminent scholars further consisted of professors Stein Evju from Oslo, Frank Hendrickx from Leuven, Antoine Jacobs of Tilburg, Jacques Rojot of Paris, Manfred Weiss from Frankfurt as well as Paul van der Heijden of Leiden to whom the Chair is dedicated. These experts in various aspects of the discipline like European, international and collective labour law, all experienced labour law comparatists, launched a project to write a book on recent developments in European Labour Law, that is expected to be published in 2019.
