European law master students publish on Leiden Law Blog
Three students of the Master programme in European Law have published a blog post on the Leiden Law Blog.
Merve Kaya, Jakub Jasiewicz and Lisa van Zelm all followed the privatissimum on the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice in the framework of the Jean Monnet Chair on Mobility and Security. They were invited to rewrite their final paper in the form of a blog post.
Lisa van Zelm en Merve Kaya respectively looked at the implications of the new Dublin and Eurodac rules for minor asylum seekers, Jakub Jasiewicz looked instead at the continuing reintroduction of border controls in the Schengen area. Find the posts here:
