Registration for 'Politicologenetmaal' 2018 is open
From 7 to 8 June 2018 Leiden will host the annual 'Politicologenetmaal'. Political scientists active in The Netherlands and Belgium will convene in and around the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences to discuss important themes and developments in the field. Registration for this conference is open until 24 May.
Workshops
18 workshops are scheduled, covering topics ranging from local elections to global terrorism. The keynote speech will be held by Cas Mudde (University of Georgia), a Leiden University graduate and PhD student who is a reknown populism expert. The programme offers plenty of opportunity to reconnect with colleagues from other universities. A limited number of places is available for interested students.
The Politicologenetmaal is a joint initiative of the Dutch Political Science Association (NKWP) and the Association for Political Science (VPW). This year’s edition is organised by Corinna Jentzsch, Nicolas Blarel, Tom Louwerse, and Hans Vollaard.
