Launch of two new Advanced Master’s programmes
Leiden Law School is pleased to announce the launch of two new Advanced Master’s programmes: Global and European Labour Law and International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration. The NVAO on-site visit took place at the end of November 2017 and we recently received a positive decision for both programmes.
Within Global and European Labour Law, students will study a combination of public international, European, and transnational private labour law, analysing their functioning and effectiveness from a comparative perspective. International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration focuses on general principles as well as specific methods of dispute settlement in international law, with a strong emphasis on international arbitration.
Both programmes will start in September 2018. For more information, please see: International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration and Global and European Labour Law.
