Helena Ursic receives a Fulbright Scholarship to continue her research at Yale
Helena Ursic, researcher and PhD candidate at The Centre for Law and Digital Technologies (eLaw), has been awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to continue her research at Yale University from January 2018 to December 2018.
While at Yale, Helena will be affiliated with the Information Society Project (ISP), the world’s leading research center at the intersection of law, technology, and society. In addition to wrapping up her PhD thesis focused on data subject rights under data protection law, Helena plans to use the year to get inspiration for her research in the broader field of IT law and policy. During the fellowship year Helena will be supervised by prof. dr. Jack Balkin, the ISP director and a prominent legal scholar in the field of constitutional law and First Amendment.
