Vasiliki Kosta appointed Emile Noël Fellow at the Jean Monnet Center of New York University (NYU) School of Law
Vasiliki Kosta has been appointed Emile Noël Fellow at the Jean Monnet Center of New York University (NYU) School of Law after a competitive selection process.
The fellowship’s purpose is the advancement of scholarship in the field of international and regional Economic Law & Justice, within the framework of The Jean Monnet Center at NYU directed by Gráinne de Búrca and Joseph Weiler. Vasiliki Kosta has been selected to work on her research project “‘Free-standing’ proportionality in EU law: exploring ambiguities and tracing its contours”. She will be resident at NYU during the winter semester of the academic year 2017/18.
