PhD student Jantine Brussee wins second prize in PhD competition
PhD student of the division Pharmacology, Jantine Brussee has won the second prize of the Figon-Pfizer PhD student Competition, at the Dutch Medicine Days in Ede.
As winner of best oral talk at the LACDR Spring Symposium, Jantine Brussee represented the LACDR at the Figon-Pfizer student competition during the Dutch Medicines Days in Ede.
She won this Second Prize with her presentation, titled: "Inflammation and organ failure affect CYP3A-mediated midazolam metabolism in critically ill children." This research was performed in collaboration with the Sophia Children's hospital at the Erasmus MC in Rotterdam.
