Vestert Borger participates in an expert meeting on the future of the currency union
At the invitation of the Dutch representation of the European Commission, Vestert Borger participated in an expert meeting on the completion of the Economic and Monetary Union on Friday 24 June.
During the meeting the president of the Dutch central bank, Klaas Knot, as well as a representative of the European Political Strategy Centre set out their visions on the future of the currency union. The participants subsequently spilt up into several roundtables. Vestert participated in the one on a macroeconomic stabilisation function for the currency union.
