Barbara Cooreman speaks at conference at Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research
From April 6th to 8th the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research hosted the conference ‘Climate Dilemmas – Ideals versus Realities’ at the University of East Anglia (Norwich, UK).
The interdisciplinary conferences encouraged participants to reflect on the ideals coming out of research compared to the demands and challenges posed by the realities of contemporary society.
Barbara’s presentation dealt with the challenges of implementing a legal environmental model into reality, an issue that she has dealt with within the framework of her research on addressing global environmental concerns through trade measures.
