On March 18 2016 Pieter van Cleynenbreugel and Maarten Aalbers discussed recent developments in EU internal market law and EU state aid law at the International Colloquium on EU Law.
Pieter van Cleynenbreugel presented challenges in the field of the freedom of capital and privatisations. Maarten Aalbers presented recent developments on the interrelationship between state aid and services of general economic interest. During the International conference on State Aid on March 19 2016 Pieter van Cleynenbreugel presented an overview of challenges and possibilities for national judges to apply EU state aid law when confronted with recovery actions.
