Facilities

The University Sports Centre has changing rooms and showers available for those taking part of the Leiden Science Run. Free lockers are also available.

First Aid

First aid workers from the Red Cross will be present throughout the day. Do you need first aid? Then please come to the registration/information desk in the garden of the Gorlaeus Building.

Access and parking

We recommend taking public transport or coming to the Leiden Science Run by bike. Coming by car? Then you can park your car in the Ehrenfestgarage (Ehrenfestweg 1).

Catering

Participants to the Leiden Science Run will receive a banana and water after the run. There will be free coffee, tea, water and lemonade during the event.

Registration

Team registration opens from 10.30 am in the garden of the Gorlaeus Building (see map). During registration, we will register all runners and you will receive your start number. Make sure you are present on time. The warming up starts at 11.40 a.m. in the garden of the Gorlaeus Building. At 12.00 hrs, the first runners should be ready at the start.
