Until now, International Studies did not award first year certificates. However, students indicated they would like to mark this occasion with a ceremony, just like other BA programmes at Leiden University do. We would like to recognize this wish and saw an opportunity to combine such a ceremony with the opening of the Academic year. So our first propaedeutic ceremony will take place on 13 September 2019, directly following the opening lecture.
