International Women's Day 2023

Yesterday on the 8th of March, BAIS celebrated International Women’s Day 2023 in Wijnhaven.

Event

Our BAIS tutors Juliët Tinebra and Paulina Ramírez invited Karen Sztajnberg from the UVA to talk about motherhood in Latin American films. Our Middle East tutor Jessica Elias with two BAIS students discussed women rights in Turkey and Iran. Finally, with the Chilean music artist Nene Moné we ended the event with a bang.
