Information regarding the ceremony
The Graduation Ceremony for the International Studies Class of 2024 is scheduled for Friday 30 August, 2024.
* Venue will be the Pieterskerk in Leiden;
* Graduates will be invited and informed about the starting time of the ceremony and other practicalities around mid-August, with a personal invitation.
Please note that you cannot join the ceremony if you're not personally invited, due to the limited space in the Pieterskerk;
* We strongly advise you not to make any arrangements/ bookings until you have received your personal invitation and your graduation is certain;
* If you join the Graduation ceremony, you are allowed to bring max. 2 guests. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions;
* Dresscode: smart casual;
* Please note that this information is subject to change and may be updated last minute. The University cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused or changes in your personal arrangements;
