Dutch radio station BNR invited Arco Timmermans to comment on the appointment of Alan Jope. ‘The distance between Unilever’s management and the Netherlands has surely grown bigger with the departure of Polman’, according to Timmermans, ‘especially with the upcoming Brexit.’
