Vegetarian Fridays at the University PURE restaurants

The goal was to work towards the implementation of of one weekday where all the PURE restaurants serve solely vegetarian meals.

The LUGO team has been working hard on achieving this goal with the help of the University Services Department ( Universitair Facilitair Bedrijf- UFB). As of now, in the cafés* KOG , Lipsius & PDLC only vegetarian food is sold. Should this trial be successful, there is a possibility of further expansion. You as a consumer have the power to decide the future of this goal!
