National Week Withouth Meat: March 9th-15th @ Leiden University PURE restaurants

National Week Without Meat, Nationale Week Zonder Vlees in Dutch, aims to raise awareness about the countless possibilities of vegetable-based meals, which can easily become part of our regular diet. In this way, it is hoped that consumers lessen their meat income, for at least a week if not for a longer period of time, and create a positive impact on people, the environment and animals. The Leiden University PURE restaurants also took part in this nationwide action, where no meat or fish was sold! For more information about the movement click on the link.
