You’ll start the day by meeting your fellow Experience Day students and getting to know each other in small groups.

Discover what makes Population Health Management unique. The programme director Marc will explain the key differences between PHM and other master’s programmes. Furthermore, he will tell you about the possibility for a combined programme with Public Health in Birmingham. 

During two short interactive guest lectures, both a teacher and an expert from the field will share their insights. They will introduce key topics such as alternative payment models in healthcare and the panel management approach, giving you an insight on how it would be like to study PHM and possible careers. 

Time to apply what you’ve learned! In small groups, you’ll work on a real-life healthcare challenge and present your solution in a short pitch. By working on this challenge, you will get a good insight and feeling on what Population Health Management contains and what it obtains. Second-year students will be there to guide you.
