The situation of human rights in the Palestinian territory
Part of discharging the mandate of Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, this event will discuss the crime of genocide and how the framework can be applied to the offensive launched by Israel against the Palestinian people in Gaza after the 7 October Hamas attacks on Israel. The event is part of a larger series of events that the International Institute of Social Studies is hosting, with colleagues from its Legal Mobilization Platform.
