Speakers
Lynn Hastings was Deputy Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process and the UN Resident and the Humanitarian Coordinator in Palestine.
Vladimir Pran was UNDP Chief Technical Adviser in Palestine and a Senior Adviser with the Middle East division of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems.
