The Department of Business Law Leiden University / Business & Law Research Network is organising a mini-seminar on Wednesday 11 October from 16-18 hrs at the offices of Loyens Loeff in Amsterdam around the presentation of the handbook Business Acquisition (Wolters Kluwer). This handbook, to which experts from practice and university have contributed, offers a broad discussion of the most relevant corporate law topics, including two complementary contributions on tax aspects and on purchase price determination and valuation. Two speakers will address some current events including the recent Estro ruling during this seminar. After both speakers and the presentation of the first copy of the book, the seminar will be concluded with drinks. There is no charge to attend this seminar.
