About the programme International Studies

The English-taught International Studies programme in The Hague will provide you with the tools to explore and analyse globalisation and its impact around the world. During the programme you will specialise in one of eight key international regions, while also learning one of the region’s major languages. Our multifaceted approach will allow you to study the historical and cultural background of the region of your choice, as well as its political and economic developments. In the third year, we offer a unique consultancy course, in which you have the chance to demonstrate the knowledge and skills you have acquired. In a team with fellow students, you will work on solutions to issues presented by leading organisations such as Unilever, UNESCO and the European Space Agency.
